This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage top talent using a wide range of recruitment channels, such as recruiting platforms, college career fairs, military transition events, veteran hiring initiatives, and industry gatherings.
• Build and sustain a technical talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated government contracts.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned job openings, which includes job postings, sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend workforce needs and provide insights on job specifications, labor market trends, and hiring schedules.
• Ensure adherence to federal hiring regulations and relevant employment laws.
• Keep precise candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and supply documentation necessary for audits and internal reporting.
• Assist in security clearance-related hiring processes by coordinating with internal security teams.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies, including creating content for social media and articulating the employee value proposition.
• Utilize and maintain ATS platforms and other HR technologies to monitor recruitment activities and present hiring metrics.
• Remain updated on labor market trends, best practices in recruiting, and new developments in talent acquisition technologies.
• A minimum of 6 years of technical recruiting experience within the government contracting sector.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Eligibility to obtain and sustain an active Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal contracting requirements and employment regulations.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more based on business needs.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruiting data and metrics effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 50% or greater travel is required.
