Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, interview, and recommend candidates for both internal and external positions.

• Develop, modify, and distribute recruitment advertisements.

• Foster strong working relationships with various client groups.

• Partner with internal clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Conduct interviews and endorse qualified candidates.

• Offer positions to candidates and negotiate compensation packages.

• Create and implement screening instruments.

• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and EEO standards.

• Carry out additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of eight years.

• At least five years of experience in recruitment.

• Proven ability to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions.

• Capability to work independently while excelling in collaborative settings.
