This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for a designated portfolio of professional and managerial positions.
• Facilitate intake discussions, organize assessments, and influence hiring decisions alongside leadership.
• Ensure that each new hire reflects Techo-Bloc's values, culture, and long-term objectives.
• Spearhead proactive sourcing initiatives for your roles and offer sourcing assistance to other recruiters.
• Identify and engage with passive candidates utilizing Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and targeted outreach methods.
• Provide sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and candidate insights to the wider Talent Acquisition team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding role design and market trends.
• Support internal mobility efforts and recognize high-potential talent for future positions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for professional or managerial roles.
• Exceptional ability to establish rapport with hiring managers and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Proficiency in both French and English (English required to engage with clients and employees outside Quebec and in the U.S.).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a part-time role.
