This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Take ownership of and oversee the complete recruiting process (identify, attract, close) for international recruitment efforts in Colombia.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for candidates; provide insights into Porch Group services, business teams, and the overall company; prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely, consistent, and comprehensive communication regarding the interview process and feedback.
β’ Manage the entire interview process, which includes collaborating on job postings, creating interview plans, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
β’ Build and sustain meaningful relationships with management and key internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to develop tailored sourcing strategies aimed at fostering strong and diverse candidate pipelines.
β’ Successfully collaborated with stakeholders across various corporate functions to achieve hiring goals.
β’ Source both active and passive candidates through innovative and strategic methods, including but not limited to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools.
β’ Leverage data from our ATS to enhance our metrics related to talent acquisition progress, efficiency, and productivity.
β’ Engage with team members to enhance our research strategies for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices.
β’ Manage a requisition load of 10 to 20 positions through their full life cycle at any given time.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree).
β’ 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience; demonstrated success in recruiting for corporate functions and Sales/Go-to-Market (GTM) roles across various business teams.
β’ Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday Recruiting is highly preferred.
β’ Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative sourcing tools is essential.
β’ Collaborative team player with a keen eye for talent who enjoys connecting individuals with opportunities.
β’ Strong passion for relationship-driven recruiting, with a proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
β’ Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ A quiet workspace.
β’ An internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
