This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process across various departments, starting from discussions with hiring managers to negotiating offers and finalizing candidates.

• Collaborate with department leaders and senior management to anticipate hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through innovative outreach methods; establish and sustain talent pipelines for key and challenging roles.

• Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers on best interview practices, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.

• Conduct interviews and evaluations of candidates, ensuring they align with job specifications, company culture, and long-term potential.

• Advocate for the candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout the recruitment journey.

• Work together on the creation of job descriptions, ensuring they are clear, inclusive, and competitive in the market.

• Collaborate with HR/People Operations on recruitment operations, reporting, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• 4–6+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

• Proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders and provide guidance on hiring decisions.

• Proficient sourcing skills utilizing ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various recruiting tools.

• Demonstrated success in closing candidates and achieving hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in enhancing recruiting processes or deploying best practices on a larger scale.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented; excels in dynamic and evolving settings.
