📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for a wide range of positions.

• Identify, attract, evaluate, and engage both active and passive candidates utilizing diverse recruitment strategies.

• Assess candidates for their skills, experience, and fit within the organization, providing recommendations to hiring managers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.

• Enhance the employer brand through networking, social media, and focused talent engagement strategies to create diverse talent pipelines.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to formulate effective recruitment strategies and offer guidance during the hiring process.

• Utilize market insights and recruitment analytics to impact hiring decisions, refine recruiting strategies, and enhance outcomes.

• Manage offer negotiations and provide consultative guidance regarding market trends and compensation.

• Maintain precise applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure adherence to recruiting procedures and reporting requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically in the Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automation sectors.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for complex roles such as Automation Engineers, Controls/PLC Programmers, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
