This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Employ advanced sourcing methods to find and engage both active and passive candidates.

• Assess candidates for their technical skills, cultural alignment, leadership capabilities, and provide strategic insights on candidate selection.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters regarding advanced sourcing and screening methodologies.

• Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, fair, and fosters a positive experience for candidates.

• Establish GEV's presence in targeted channels to devise candidate engagement strategies and build essential pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.

• Oversee and advise on the complete recruitment process for roles of varying complexity, offering insights and recommendations to hiring managers and team leaders.

• Lead intricate offer negotiations with candidates while advising stakeholders on compensation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent knowledge or experience.

• Extensive experience in recruitment with a focus on sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and consulting with stakeholders.

• Proven consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy sectors, or other highly regulated, technical industries.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting specialized roles within the Quebec province.

• Fluent in French.
