This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business priorities and objectives for commercial growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders regarding talent market trends, workforce planning, and hiring strategies.
• Create and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies aimed at attracting high-quality, diverse talent.
• Actively engage with passive candidates and establish long-term pipelines for essential roles.
• Oversee structured screening and interview processes to evaluate capabilities, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Provide a high-touch, transparent candidate experience that embodies Fortive’s values.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to gain a comprehensive understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
• Set clear expectations, foster alignment, and facilitate regular intake and calibration discussions.
• Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines that correspond to future hiring needs and market conditions.
• Anticipate talent shortages and proactively devise solutions.
• Advocate for Fortive’s employer value proposition through creative branding and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate on projects that enhance awareness and engagement within targeted talent segments.
• Utilize recruiting data and market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Monitor key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Counsel senior leaders on talent supply and demand, compensation trends, and competitive benchmarking.
• Influence hiring decisions using data, storytelling, and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless candidate transitions and support initiatives that boost retention and engagement.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field within a global organization.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in recruiting for senior-level commercial roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development.
• Proven capability to independently manage complex, high-impact hiring initiatives.
• Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled tools, and talent market mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to shape recruiting strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and establish trust with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across various geographies and cultures.
