• Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.
• Recruit for positions in engineering, commissioning, field operations, and professional roles.
• Establish strong connections with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive and exceptional candidate experience.
• Create effective sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines.
• Assist in the interview processes and contribute to hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with HR to facilitate smooth onboarding transitions.
• Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs as necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting.
• Strong skills in sourcing and building relationships.
• Experience in managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and best hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
