This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Implement proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, local job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process across ANZ while offering support to East Asia.
• Develop and sustain active talent pipelines for essential and recurrent positions.
• Forge strong relationships with hiring managers and the broader HR team.
• Provide market insights and benchmarking data to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire candidate experience for all positions.
• Lead the screening, shortlisting, and structured interview procedures.
• Ensure recruitment data is accurate and consistently updated.
• Extensive talent acquisition experience, generally accumulated over 6 or more years.
• Strong ability to source candidates from both technical and non-technical talent pools.
• Recruiting experience that encompasses technical disciplines and commercial roles.
• In-depth knowledge of ANZ talent markets; familiarity with East Asian markets is advantageous.
• Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean, would be beneficial.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging credibly with senior levels in a global, matrixed organization.
• Commercially aware and proficient in data interpretation.
