This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Implement key Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives by utilizing thorough project management principles.
• Create and effectively execute customized TA programs.
• Collaborate strategically with TA Leadership to develop upskilling programs for hiring managers.
• Oversee cross-functional compliance frameworks pertaining to GDPR.
• Work closely with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Employee Experience team.
• Promote accountability by upholding hiring manager Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• A bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, recruiting operations, or a talent-related position.
• High-level proficiency in project management governance.
• Practical experience in resolving moderately complex issues.
• Strong foundational knowledge of structured change management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority.
