This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Act as the main talent acquisition partner for all divisions within Venbrook, which includes Venbrook Insurance Services, Brooks Insurance Group, Carl Warren & Company, DMA Claims, and OneSource.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process for positions ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership roles, including C-suite and Director-level searches.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with division leaders and hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation structures, and candidate evaluations.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, industry networks, job boards, and referral schemes.
• Generate candidate summaries, comprehensive packages, and written assessments to facilitate interview and decision-making processes.
• Manage the ATS (Workday Recruiting), ensuring requisition management, candidate data accuracy, and system efficiency.
• Compile and present weekly recruiting reports to the CHRO and HR leadership, detailing pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring activities per division.
• Spearhead the creation and upkeep of a centralized job description repository, ensuring all job descriptions are up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with internal compensation frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to analyze market data and formulate competitive offer packages.
• Assist with post-acquisition talent acquisition integration efforts as Venbrook expands through mergers and acquisitions.
• Supervise and mentor junior recruitment staff as the talent acquisition team grows.
• Promote employer branding, enhance candidate experience, and drive diversity sourcing initiatives throughout the organization.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience; experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in recruiting across various insurance disciplines such as commercial lines, claims, wholesale/E&S, and employee benefits.
• Experience working as a solo or embedded talent acquisition function within a multi-entity or holding company structure is preferred.
• A demonstrated history of success in executive and leadership-level recruiting.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or a similar enterprise ATS.
• Strong analytical abilities; comfortable with developing and presenting recruiting metrics to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; maintain a high standard of professional output.
• Experience with post-acquisition HR or talent acquisition integration is a significant advantage.
