This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead high-demand recruitment processes for corporate areas such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, People, among others, ensuring quality, speed, and precision in hires;
• Conduct profile alignments with leadership, acting in a consultative manner to develop customized attraction and recruitment strategies, taking into account the business context, seniority, and market;
• Manage high-volume pipelines with organization and efficiency, guaranteeing an exceptional experience for candidates throughout their journey;
• Conduct behavioral interviews with an analytical perspective, assessing cultural fit, potential, and alignment with the company's values and challenges;
• Support leaders in decision-making through data, market benchmarks, and strategic hiring recommendations;
• Monitor, analyze, and enhance Talent Acquisition indicators (funnel, SLA, conversions, hiring quality), proposing continuous improvements based on data;
• Collaborate closely with partner areas, strengthening the complete hiring cycle and stakeholder experience;
• Lead and implement automation initiatives in recruitment, optimizing processes, reducing manual efforts, and increasing the operational efficiency of the team;
• Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions in the Talent Acquisition process, such as automated screening, profile analysis, insight generation, and improving the experience for candidates and our internal clients;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and scalability through technology, data, and automation, contributing to the evolution of the area’s recruitment model;
• Experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection, focusing on corporate positions;
• Background in handling a high volume of vacancies and multiple simultaneous processes;
• Analytical profile, utilizing data and Talent Acquisition indicators;
• Consultative approach with leadership;
• Experience with ATS (Gupy, Greenhouse, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Hands-on profile, demonstrating autonomy and a focus on continuous improvement;
• Completed degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields).
