📋 Description

• Spearhead the shift from an agency-driven to a direct hiring approach

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for all recruitment efforts

• Manage and execute comprehensive operational recruitment for plant-based positions

• Enhance the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and local attraction initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading full-cycle talent acquisition in high-volume, operational settings

• Extensive experience collaborating with Operations and HR leadership

• Practical skills in delivering operational recruitment

• Solid understanding of Workday or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Proven track record in crafting and implementing Employer Value Proposition strategies
