Senior Systems Support Analyst – .NET, SOA, ITSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Experience in providing support for applications created with .NET and managing services/integrations utilizing Oracle SOA Suite.

• Familiarity with RPA platforms to aid the support team in process automation and enhancements.

• Strong understanding of ITSM principles (Incidents, Problems, Changes) to ensure effective governance of production support.

• Demonstrated ability to design flowcharts and develop and maintain operational procedure documents, communication materials, and IT process documentation.

• Knowledge of ITSM tools, specifically Jira Service Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Proven track record of supporting mission-critical systems for at least 5 years.

• ITIL certification with practical experience in ITSM.

• Intermediate to fluent proficiency in English (capable of communicating with international teams).

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Completion of higher education (Bachelor's degree).
