Senior Systems Engineer – Solana

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage a validator node to guarantee the stability, security, and efficiency of our Solana infrastructure and operations, with responsibilities including, but not limited to

• Ensure the uninterrupted functioning of our Solana systems and carry out updates

• Conduct monitoring and performance optimization

• Proactively explore new methods to enhance and expedite setup within the Solana ecosystem

• Automate node deployment and operations using Ansible and Terraform

• Collaborate with traders to assist them with infrastructure performance

• Engage in communication with our partners

• Participate in our on-call duty rotation

• Learn, develop, and look beyond your current role

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in Linux and system engineering.

• Experience with Solana validator operations is highly valued.

• Proficiency in English (German is a plus)

• Demonstrated capability to design and critically analyze system architecture

• Background in Computer Science/Distributed Systems or equivalent professional experience

• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet the team in person and attend conferences
