This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, implement, and manage the infrastructure for the security team.
• Ensure the security platforms are highly available and reliable through proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning.
• Oversee and enhance cloud infrastructure across dedicated servers and various cloud providers.
• Automate routine operational processes such as provisioning, configuration management, patching, and secret rotation.
• Act as the primary technical owner for troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure incidents.
• Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and change logs.
• Collaborate with security engineers to ensure that the foundational platforms align with tooling and integration needs.
• 5+ years of practical experience in Linux system administration within production environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux internals, including systems, networking stack, storage, and performance tuning.
• Strong grasp of networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, routing, and firewalling (iptables / nftables).
• Experience with bare-metal and dedicated server environments, such as Hetzner or similar providers.
• Hands-on experience with deploying, operating, and securing Kubernetes clusters in production, including cluster lifecycle management, CNI networking (Cilium preferred), storage, and RBAC.
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing ClickHouse and PostgreSQL in a production setting.
• Practical experience operating and maintaining Keycloak in production, including high availability setup, backend management, and realm/client configuration.
• Understanding of identity protocols like OIDC, SAML 2.0, and OAuth 2.0.
• Practical experience managing infrastructure across cloud platforms and dedicated servers, covering compute, networking, storage, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, and Ansible.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Python and/or Go for automation and operational tools.
• Experience in building and maintaining monitoring solutions, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
• Familiarity with log management and aggregation tools like Vector, Loki, or ELK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and structure.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
