Senior Systems Engineer – L3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for managing the technical escalations that currently come to the COO.

• You will take charge of our Microsoft and infrastructure projects from start to finish: tenant migrations, Intune and Autopilot implementations, Exchange and SharePoint setups, server migrations, network infrastructure builds, and security enhancements.

• You will provide mentorship to our three junior technicians and oversee the on-call rotation.

• During quieter periods, you will engage in project work or assist wherever the team requires support, including addressing lower-level tickets to ensure client satisfaction. Being part of a small team means everyone contributes where assistance is needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an MSP environment within the US (or an equivalent MSP in LATAM).

• Demonstrated proficiency with **Autopilot and Intune**.

• Expertise in **Microsoft 365** (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID, email flow, recovery), as well as **networking** (Meraki, Fortigate, site-to-site VPNs, VLAN design).

• Experience with Jamf or Apple MDM is considered a **significant advantage**.

• **English proficiency must be at a level above C1.**
