Senior Systems Engineer, Internal Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Collaborate with the Atlas internal infrastructure team to maintain internal systems.

• Provide support for internal systems, which include Azure AVD, Endpoint infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and Atlas’ VOIP system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT administration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in PowerShell, including scripting capabilities.

• Experience in End User Support / Desktop Support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting both desktop and mobile devices.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra ID.

• Knowledge of Systems Administration, particularly with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers.

• Experience with ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect.

• Background in data and platform migrations, such as Email security migration, VOIP migration, and on-prem/hybrid to cloud migrations.

• Proven track record of taking projects and deployments from proof-of-concept to production.

• Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

• Administration and usage of RMM agents and tools.

• Familiarity with supporting workloads in Azure or AWS.

• Experience with vendors such as Monday.com, Atlassian, AFI, Mimecast, and 1Password.

• Proficiency in using Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions like Cavelo, ThreatLocker, and MS Defender.
