Senior Systems Engineer – Enterprise Virtualization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and assist in resolving production and process-related issues.

• Monitor overall system performance while proactively identifying potential issues and making necessary adjustments.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a customer-focused approach to incident management and support.

• Create and present both oral and written presentations, and engage in instructional seminars.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in a related job discipline.

• Proficient in automation, scripting, and programming with PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.

• Familiarity with platforms including VMware, Azure Local, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Clustering.

• Strong ability to analyze customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
