This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate with Sales, channel partners, and account teams to provide pre-sales consultation, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Architect and design converged AV/IT networks that support AV-over-IP, enterprise LAN, and wireless infrastructure across various settings, including corporate campuses, conference facilities, educational institutions, hospitality, broadcasting, and live events.
• Offer technical leadership in Ethernet switching, Wi-Fi, multicast networking, and cloud-managed environments, incorporating zero-touch provisioning, remote monitoring, firmware lifecycle management, and analytics.
• Ensure interoperability within AV ecosystems, which encompasses encoders/decoders, DSPs, control systems, and video platforms.
• Deliver technical solutions to a wide range of audiences such as AV integrators, IT stakeholders, consultants, and enterprise clients.
• Design and maintain secure network architectures that utilize Zero Trust principles, segmentation, and role-based access.
• Execute wireless network design and RF planning utilizing industry-standard tools (e.g., Ekahau or similar).
• Empower NETGEAR's partner ecosystem (AV integrators, MSPs, VARs, distributors) through training, best practices, and collaborative engagements.
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers, partners, and NETGEAR Support, overseeing post-sales transitions and escalations.
• Represent the voice of the customer by delivering structured feedback to Product Management to shape the roadmap and features.
• Keep up-to-date with AV-over-IP technologies, enterprise networking trends, and competitive solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, ProAV Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with AV integrators, enterprise IT teams, MSPs, or channel partners.
• Ability to interpret networking concepts for AV audiences and AV workflows for IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, complemented by strong organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Proficiency in English and Polish is essential.
• Knowledge of AV-over-IP networking: multicast design and optimization (IGMP snooping/querier, traffic containment, scalability), QoS for real-time traffic, and fundamentals of PTP/synchronization.
• Understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking: VLANs, routing, link aggregation, segmentation, and traffic isolation.
• Experience with Enterprise Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7): RF design, site surveys, and performance optimization for high-density environments.
• Expertise in Ethernet switching for AV and enterprise environments, including campus and spine-leaf architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-managed networking platforms (e.g., NETGEAR Insight or similar).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles: segmentation, identity-based access, and secure onboarding.
• Proficient in monitoring and troubleshooting through packet capture, RF tools, and network analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, automation, or scripting (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Travel requirements of up to 50%, depending on territory needs.
