Senior Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Present technical demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of Selector Software’s AIOps analytics solution.

• Design and architect customer deployments for the SelectorAI platform.

• Offer post-sales technical support in partnership with the Customer Success team.

• Assist customers in resolving issues related to network and application layer protocols.

• Present on technical subjects at trade shows and marketing events.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of application and network protocols.

• Technical expertise in AIOps solutions.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.

• Familiarity with Content Delivery Networks (CDN), cloud computing, and cloud infrastructure.

• Capability to educate customers on utilizing the SelectorAI platform.

• Experience with network monitoring protocols such as SNMP and telemetry (gNMI).

• Proficient in various network and application layer protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and VoIP.

• Background in delivering technical presentations.
