Senior Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee Microsoft Intune solutions for Windows workstations and mobile devices.

• Architect device compliance frameworks, configuration profiles, security baselines, and application management systems.

• Provide support for both hybrid and cloud-native device management models.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and various cloud identity platforms.

• Develop designs for hybrid identity, single sign-on (SSO), and Conditional Access solutions.

• Diagnose issues related to authentication, directory synchronization, and identity governance.

• Plan and conduct Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.

• Leverage tools such as Quest, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.

• Create migration strategies, runbooks, and documentation to reduce user disruption.

• Design and set up site-to-site VPN connections.

• Support and manage virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMware.

• Generate technical designs, diagrams, and operational documentation.

• Collaborate with project managers, security teams, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune for both workstations and mobile devices.

• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and cloud identity platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations utilizing Quest, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.

• Proficiency in configuring site-to-site VPNs and managing virtualization platforms.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.

• Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or Identity.

• Experience in Professional Services or Managed Services settings.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
