Senior Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, consultants, and channel partners to provide pre-sales technical advice, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept development.

• Create and design integrated AV/IT network solutions tailored for enterprise, hospitality, government, education, and large venue settings.

• Offer technical leadership in areas such as Ethernet switching, Wi-Fi, multicast networking, and AV-over-IP implementations.

• Work in close partnership with system integrators and consultants to ensure interoperability within AV ecosystems (encoders/decoders, DSPs, control systems, video platforms).

• Act as the technical liaison among customers, partners, and NETGEAR Support to guarantee seamless project execution and post-sales transition.

• Design secure and scalable networks utilizing segmentation, Zero Trust principles, and role-based access for diverse AV/IT environments.

• Advocate for and assist with cloud-managed networking solutions, which encompass remote monitoring, zero-touch provisioning, and lifecycle management.

• Support extensive and high-profile deployments, including smart buildings, hospitality venues, campuses, and live events.

• Empower the regional partner ecosystem (AV integrators, consultants, distributors, MSPs) through technical training, best practices, and collaborative engagements.

• Represent NETGEAR at regional industry events, trade shows, and partner collaborations.

• Act as the voice of the customer, offering insights to Product Management to steer product development and roadmap priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Pro AV Engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with system integrators, consultants, and enterprise clients in the MEA region.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in wired, wireless, and IP-based media networks.

• Capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including IT teams, AV professionals, consultants, and executive audiences.

• Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Outstanding organizational and project coordination capabilities.

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural, and partner-oriented environment.

• Proficient in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
