📋 Description

• Spearhead the advancement of the organization's design system.

• Create and uphold scalable components, tokens, patterns, and comprehensive system documentation.

• Collaborate with engineering to produce high-quality, efficient libraries, tools, and documentation.

• Promote accessibility, inclusivity, and localization within the design framework.

• Advocate for superior design quality by enhancing visual and interaction standards.

• Empower and educate product teams through documentation, workshops, critiques, and hands-on collaboration.

• Guide designers and impact the organization at large.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product, visual, or systems design.

• Profound expertise in developing and scaling design systems within intricate, multi-product settings.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities.

• Practical experience in designing and managing component libraries using tools like Figma and Storybook.

• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and principles of inclusive design.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
