Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT/Development teams, with a particular emphasis on eCommerce functionalities, NetSuite integrations, and cross-border operations.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of existing business processes to pinpoint gaps and identify areas for enhancement.

• Gather, document, and oversee functional and non-functional requirements for new features, system upgrades, significant international rollouts, and improvements in financial processes across various sales channels.

• Create user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria in partnership with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within a retail, consumer goods, or technology sector.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms and associated systems.

• At least 3 years of NetSuite ERP experience (Fulfil.io is a plus), showcasing expertise in Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition).

• Proven experience in supporting or leading systems implementation for international business expansion or cross-border trade initiatives.

• Strong comprehension of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical and financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
