Senior Systems Development Analyst, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer for the Finance tribe;

• Take the lead in making strategic technical choices on complex projects;

• Design and advance microservices and event-driven architectures;

• Serve as the technical authority for the team, advocating for engineering best practices;

• Ensure developed solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards;

• Work collaboratively with business sectors and enterprise architecture to ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals;

• Play a key role in enhancing the company's engineering culture and fostering innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development using Java;

• In-depth understanding of GCP, including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, IAM, and more;

• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub);

• Proficient in engineering practices such as Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, DDD, and automated testing;

• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases;

• Experience with CI/CD processes and infrastructure as code;

• Excellent communication skills along with technical leadership capabilities;

• GCP certifications are preferred;

• Java certifications are preferred;

• Familiarity with additional programming languages (Kotlin, Go) and strong skills in Python;

• Understanding of data platforms on GCP;

• Experience with the agentization of generative AI, utilizing LLMs, and architectures such as RAG, along with strong Python skills for both backend and frontend development, as well as API creation;

• Familiarity with AI ecosystem frameworks (Vertex AI, OpenAI, LangChain) and experience in building interactive applications using Streamlit, Gradio, or modern web frameworks for conversational agent interfaces.
