This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Gather, assess, and organize business requirements, converting them into both functional and non-functional specifications.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, solution workflows, and functional documentation.
• Foster communication and alignment among business, technology, product, and other involved teams.
• Assist in prioritizing the backlog by evaluating value, impact, risks, and dependencies.
• Evaluate change impacts, identify risks, and suggest feasible alternatives for the business.
• Act in a consultative capacity with stakeholders, leading meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Track product and/or process metrics, uncovering opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to the advancement of agile methodologies and best practices in business analysis.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in similar roles.
• Strong capability to comprehend complex business rules and articulate them in clear, concise documentation.
• Expertise in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Ability to facilitate alignments with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or comparable software.
• Background in digital product projects, integrations, or enterprise systems.
• Analytical mindset, solution-driven orientation, and a strong sense of priorities.
• Fundamental knowledge of UX and User Experience principles.
• Collaborative individual with robust relationship management skills.
• Ownership mentality, independence, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Clear, assertive, and responsible communication style.
• 14th and 15th fixed salaries.
