This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Remediate and enhance the Oracle HCM implementation through technical analysis, development, and resolutions.
• Design, create, and maintain integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and associated tools; troubleshoot and resolve issues across both internal and external systems.
• Develop and improve custom BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and Fast Formulas for the Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules.
• Design and create extensions and user interface customizations in Oracle Fusion HCM using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to augment functionality and enhance user experience.
• Perform technical assessments to identify configuration gaps and performance issues; convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist with quarterly patching, regression testing, and compliance activities in accordance with ITGC/SOX standards.
• Engage in the design, configuration, and implementation of new Oracle HCM modules such as Performance Management, Recruiting Cloud, and HCM Analytics, along with emerging AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Champion process optimization to enhance system efficiency, automation, and user satisfaction.
• Provide continuous production support, monitoring, and incident resolution for technical HCM matters.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and operate within an Agile/Scrum delivery framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant or Systems Analyst.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Fusion HCM modules – Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Absence, and Time & Labor.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, FBDI, HDL, HSDL, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Significant experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL.
• Familiarity with HCM Analytics / Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) subject areas.
• Experience utilizing Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for creating extensions and UI customizations in Fusion HCM.
• Strong comprehension of Oracle security roles, data structures, and APIs.
• Proven experience in resolving production issues and supporting live Oracle Cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities; capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
