Senior Systems Analyst – N1 Support, ERT, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address incidents at the code level.

• Diagnose issues within the company's system applications.

• Implement initial fixes.

• Tasked with developing automations and integrations between various tools.

• Create technical resolution strategies utilizing market tools and repositories tailored for the logistics sector.

• Oversee task management using card records on the Azure DevOps platform.

• Collaborate with the SRE team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), or related technology disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience in the specified activities.

• Proficiency in tools: Flutter, Java, C, SQL, Python, and .NET.

• Essential knowledge of Kanban or similar methodologies; CI/CD (tools and processes).
