
Senior Systems Analyst – Infor FSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate business needs and design, develop, and test enhancements for IT systems focused on Infor FSM Cloudsuite tools.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize user requests for system improvements.
• Draft business and technical requirements and engage in discussions about desired modifications with business units.
• Design sustainable and scalable solutions for development, implementation, and design.
• Supervise the development and implementation of enhancements utilizing both internal and external resources.
• Act as the technical point of contact for users on both straightforward and complex issues.
• Examine user errors and problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide solutions or responses.
• Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate integration builds.
• Develop, modify, and maintain integrations.
• Assess programmer specifications and formulate strategies that align with project requirements.
• Validate application functionality and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Execute performance testing and evaluate the implications of system development.
• Offer ongoing support for integrations.
• Implement reporting tools and analytics to aid site governance and business stakeholders.
• Create and sustain technical documentation, including support knowledge bases, data sources, data flows, application logic, logs, architecture, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Investigate industry trends and best practices to advance project objectives.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, or Business.
• Over 3 years of experience with Infor OS application and data tools.
• Proficiency with IPA (Infor Process Automation), Infor ION, LPL (Landmark Pattern Language), and Infor OS Data Fabric.
• Capability to engage and influence IT and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in documentation.
• Analytical SQL programming skills.
• Familiarity with application programming frameworks, including APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server and DB2.
