Senior Systems Analyst – HRIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday HR functional modules, particularly the Recruiting SKU, for a worldwide workforce.

• Ensure that system configurations align with both global and local business requirements, taking into account statutory, regulatory, and cultural variances.

• Maintain and enhance Workday business processes, security roles, workflows, and integrations.

• Document system configurations, modifications, and customizations for the purposes of audit, training, and operational continuity.

• Contribute insights for recruiting data on both Workday-delivered and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

• Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize system improvements.

• Engage in projects aimed at streamlining HR processes, enhancing efficiency, and implementing improvements to the Workday system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in Workday configuration.

• Proven experience with regional or global implementations of specific Workday HCM modules, including Recruiting, Talent Management, or Compensation.

• Strong capability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Dedication to meeting stakeholder needs on a global scale.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams spread across different geographical locations.

• Proficient in identifying opportunities for system and process enhancement.

• Capacity to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environments.
