
Senior Systems Analyst – Business Continuity – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform comprehensive technical analyses to manage issues and determine root causes.
• Engage in defining solutions while assessing impacts, risks, and alignment with existing processes, collaborating with various stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).
• Assist the technical team during development by clarifying inquiries regarding business rules and functional workflows.
• Design and implement functional and integration tests, as well as support users throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Establish and nurture relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization for effective project management and execution.
• Create detailed functional specifications for development, customizations, system integrations, and infrastructure.
• Provide user training and serve as the functional point of contact for the system or module you oversee.
• Analyze business processes (AS IS and TO BE), pinpointing areas for enhancement and automation.
• Assist with change management (GMUD), which includes impact analysis, validations, and deployment monitoring.
• Oversee demand management systems and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT best practices, and process governance, and support internal audits when necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree is required in Databases, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Technical proficiency: capability to conduct analysis, queries, and reporting.
• Experience in the implementation and/or support of ERP systems (Sankhya or SAP) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Significant experience with Oracle and SQL databases, as well as programming languages such as Java, PL/SQL, and APIs.
• Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and on-premise systems.
• Familiarity with core business processes: Accounting, Tax, Invoicing/Billing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, P&L (DRE), period/month-end closings, and Contracts (desirable).
