Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior Systems Analyst with a strong emphasis on analyzing, designing, and developing solutions that align with business requirements and established technical standards;

• Join an agile team responsible for the Branch Platform, a component of the bank's core system that facilitates branch operations and the provision of financial products and services;

• Conduct technical and functional analysis while actively engaging in requirements gathering with business units, proposing efficient and scalable solutions that comply with corporate architecture;

• Develop and maintain applications utilizing .NET Framework and .NET Core, ensuring quality, performance, security, and adherence to development best practices;

• Assist the team in defining the optimal delivery strategy, evaluating impact, risks, dependencies, and timelines;

• Collaborate with Product Owners, delivery leads, and other stakeholders to contribute to the ongoing evolution of the platform;

• Offer technical mentorship and support to junior developers, sharing best practices, coding standards, and technical insights;

• Engage in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to enhance system stability and evolution;

• Aid delivery leads in monitoring activities, providing technical estimations, and facilitating decision-making related to development.

• Proficient in .NET Framework;

• Proficient in .NET Core;

• Ability to discuss with the business team the most effective methods to deliver results;

• Experience supporting junior developers;

• Experience assisting delivery leads.
