Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in JIRA, utilizing the tool for managing, tracking, and organizing requests, stories, tasks, and incidents.

• Understanding of project management principles, including tracking schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, including participation in ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Competence in gathering, analyzing, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Ability to perform data modeling, create and interpret relational models, and comprehend database structures.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, covering queries, joins, filters, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis.

• Experience in creating and maintaining system documentation, functional specifications, business rules, process flows, integrations, and procedures.

• Acquainted with Artificial Intelligence concepts, applications, and potential uses for automation, data analysis, process optimization, and decision support.

• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, including the interplay between business strategy, processes, data, applications, and technology.

• Capability to analyze existing systems, identify impacts, and suggest improvements and solutions aligned with the organization’s architecture and technology ecosystem.

• Knowledge of systems integration and an understanding of APIs, services, and information exchange between applications will be advantageous.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to lead activities and resolve issues.

• Resourceful and hands-on, skilled in finding solutions and managing unexpected situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among business, technology, and other stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills to prioritize requests effectively.
