Senior Product Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, develop, and uphold the technical roadmap in collaboration with leadership and technical teams.

• Build and sustain relationships with key clients and internal Technology partners.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into technical instructions.

• Create and update system and user documentation.

• Communicate the status of enhancement requests and defect fixes to both internal and client stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Technology team to set up and oversee each deployment Sprint.

• Conduct unit and integrated testing for enhancements and defect resolutions.

• Develop clear, repeatable regression test scripts.

• Lead system testing procedures to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.

• Showcase product and service offerings to customers and end users.

• Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of new application users.

• Engage with stakeholders and team members using Microsoft Teams in a video-first culture.

• Oversee internal and client-requested enhancements and bug fixes for chart retrieval and coding applications.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when managing medical chart records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

• Required to reside and perform all work within the continental United States for the duration of employment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technology solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating stakeholder discovery sessions and extracting stated and underlying business requirements.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining business requirements documentation, such as BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional requirements.

• Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Strong documentation capabilities using Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Ability to design wireframes, mockups, or process designs using Figma, Visio, PowerPoint, or similar applications.

• Familiar with documenting data integrations, system interfaces, data flows, and field-level mapping.

• Knowledge of CSV, TXT, and Excel flat-file data formats, including layouts, validation rules, and reporting needs.

• Experience in developing test cases, executing testing activities, analyzing results, and documenting defects or issues.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

• Consultative and relationship-building skills, including questioning, negotiation, facilitation, and active listening.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Experience in validating data and identifying data quality or integrity issues.

• Solid understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and performance metrics.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft SQL.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet.

• Experience with Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools.

• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Claude or similar generative AI platforms.
