• Evaluate business and technical needs to design, develop, and implement software solutions that facilitate organizational operations and goals.
• Create, test, debug, and maintain custom applications, scripts, interfaces, and system integrations utilizing approved programming languages and development tools.
• Work collaboratively with end users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements, troubleshoot problems, and optimize performance.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, coding standards, and user manuals.
• Support enterprise software systems by monitoring their functionality, resolving technical issues, and applying updates or patches as required.
• Engage in software testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications comply with business and security standards.
• Design and maintain database queries, reports, and data integrations to fulfill operational and management reporting requirements.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity regulations, data integrity standards, and company IT policies throughout all phases of system development and support.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, developers, and support staff.
• Assist in project planning, system migrations, and deployment activities, including resolving post-implementation challenges.
• Analyze system performance metrics and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Support change management efforts by communicating system updates and training users on new functionalities and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a systems analyst or in a similar position.
• Solid understanding of software development, system architecture, and project management methodologies.
• Skilled in converting business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and network and database management.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
