This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Plan and oversee projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved and deliverables adhere to quality benchmarks;
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, eliminate obstacles, and engage the team with agile methodologies;
• Generate analytical performance reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies, and progress;
• Define the business scope and translate it into technical specifications, diagrams, and data models;
• Establish an implementation strategy within Java and Angular frameworks, ensuring the architecture is both scalable and secure;
• Address critical technical issues and maintain system stability in both staging and production environments;
• Keep technical documentation current using UML, BPMN, and ER (Entity-Relationship) models;
• Ensure requirements traceability from elicitation to final acceptance (UAT);
• Foster process transparency, ensuring visibility and alignment among all stakeholders;
• Enhance product delivery flow by removing bottlenecks and boosting process efficiency;
• Supervise bug and incident resolution, ensuring squads adhere to established SLAs;
• Exhibit dedication to meeting deadlines, performance, and excellence in delivery;
• Possess the ability to mediate conflicts and facilitate the resolution of complex impediments.

• Proven experience in planning and managing projects, including oversight of deliverables, deadlines, and schedule tracking;
• Experience in organizing and leading executive committees, with the capability to structure and present status reports (including progress, risks, dependencies, and replanning);
• Familiarity with agile and traditional methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK;
• Ability to manage and facilitate impediments, supporting team flow and resolving blockers;
• Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and User Stories;
• Strong proficiency in Java and Angular;
• Knowledge of SQL (relational databases) and a basic understanding of NoSQL;
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and system modeling tools;
• Background in Software Architecture, Information Security, and QA (Testing);
• Experience in following specifications and homologation processes while managing pending items with key stakeholders;
• Understanding of agile methodology principles, promoting team engagement and alignment;
• Certification in Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus.
