• Work together to enhance the Active Directory and Microsoft 365 identity infrastructure, focusing on conditional access and identity governance.

• Take ownership of Okta device trust configuration and enforce endpoint compliance policies.

• Act as a senior systems resource within IT Operations, expanding responsibilities beyond IAM as priorities evolve (e.g., infrastructure support, endpoint management, other platform administration).

• Assist in audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP) by providing IAM evidence and documentation for access control.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate identity, access, and systems integration challenges that are escalated from the IT Operations team.

• Document system configurations and integration architecture to ensure continuity of team knowledge.

• Proven track record in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations across diverse platforms (Okta, AD, M365, and security/endpoint tools).

• Solid foundation in Okta and Active Directory/Microsoft 365 identity/security administration.

• Familiarity with contemporary security tools (CrowdStrike, Netskope, CyberArk, or similar) and their relationship with IAM.

• Experience in supporting compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar) from a systems/identity standpoint.

• Flexibility and readiness to undertake systems administration tasks beyond core IAM responsibilities as needed by the team.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with InfoSec and IT Operations.

• **Preferred Qualifications**

• Okta certifications (Certified Administrator, Certified Consultant).

• Experience in CyberArk PAM implementation or administration.

• Broader knowledge in systems administration (servers, endpoint management, networking basics) beyond identity.
