This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and provide support for Okta integrations (SSO, provisioning, workflows, device trust) across enterprise applications, collaborating with the IAM/Okta lead as necessary.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between IAM and related systems — including identity, endpoint, and security tools (Vanta, Vectra, CrowdStrike, Netskope, CyberArk) — ensuring a consistent data flow and accurate access across platforms.
• Work together to enhance the Active Directory and Microsoft 365 identity infrastructure, focusing on conditional access and identity governance.
• Take ownership of Okta device trust configuration and enforce endpoint compliance policies.
• Act as a senior systems resource within IT Operations, expanding responsibilities beyond IAM as priorities evolve (e.g., infrastructure support, endpoint management, other platform administration).
• Assist in audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP) by providing IAM evidence and documentation for access control.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate identity, access, and systems integration challenges that are escalated from the IT Operations team.
• Document system configurations and integration architecture to ensure continuity of team knowledge.
• Over 7 years of experience in systems administration, with substantial hands-on IAM/identity expertise.
• Proven track record in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations across diverse platforms (Okta, AD, M365, and security/endpoint tools).
• Solid foundation in Okta and Active Directory/Microsoft 365 identity/security administration.
• Familiarity with contemporary security tools (CrowdStrike, Netskope, CyberArk, or similar) and their relationship with IAM.
• Experience in supporting compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar) from a systems/identity standpoint.
• Flexibility and readiness to undertake systems administration tasks beyond core IAM responsibilities as needed by the team.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with InfoSec and IT Operations.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Okta certifications (Certified Administrator, Certified Consultant).
• Experience in CyberArk PAM implementation or administration.
• Broader knowledge in systems administration (servers, endpoint management, networking basics) beyond identity.
