This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and sustain automations and integrations utilizing n8n, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts.
• Seamlessly connect systems to ensure reliable data flow between them.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the Airtable environment, which includes bases, interfaces, automations, and scripting.
• Provide support for the Photography, Compliance and Integrity, and Production teams through Airtable.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to create, document, and maintain automations, scripts, and integrations.
• Manage enterprise applications, including overseeing NetSuite users, roles, permissions, saved searches, records, and fields.
• Diagnose and resolve synchronization issues across NetSuite, Shopify, and related systems.
• Deliver high-touch, systems-specific technical support that goes beyond first-line helpdesk assistance.
• Act as a secondary owner and backup for automations and enterprise systems.
• Oversee and maintain data pipelines and the Snowflake environment.
• Ensure dependable and timely data delivery for Marketing, Lifecycle, Finance, and Analytics teams.
• Document systems, workflows, and runbooks thoroughly.
• Drive continuous improvements after resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the Director of Systems and various teams across Photography, Product, Compliance and Integrity, Production, Marketing, Lifecycle, eCommerce, and Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, IT engineering, or automation and integration engineering.
• Expertise in Airtable or similar relational database systems, including complex bases, interfaces, automations, and scripting.
• Strong experience in workflow automation with n8n or a similar platform.
• Proven history of developing API and webhook integrations between SaaS systems.
• Proficient in JavaScript and/or Python scripting.
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth authentication.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude.
• Experience managing enterprise business applications, including oversight of NetSuite users, roles, saved searches, and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with a sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Excellent documentation practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and SQL for monitoring and maintaining data pipelines.
• Preferred: experience in identity and access administration with Okta.
• Preferred: knowledge of endpoint management with Jamf and/or Intune.
• Preferred: experience in Google Workspace administration.
• Preferred: background in supporting Shopify Plus, digital asset management platforms, and Zendesk, Gladly, or Richpanel.
• Preferred: experience in addressing data, analytics, and finance reporting needs.
• Must be eligible to work within the United States.
