Senior Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as an administrative support resource for financial systems, encompassing user access, security roles, system configurations, and integration assistance.

• Collaborate with financial system stakeholders and fellow Senior Systems Administrators to sustain, improve, and automate financial systems and workflows.

• Aid in the oversight of segregation of duties, user access controls, and adherence to SOX/Gaming regulations within financial systems.

• Engage in system testing for new products and launches to ensure the integrity of financial systems and the accuracy of reporting.

• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and verifying data for integrations between various financial systems.

• Provide support for reporting requirements and ad hoc system queries from accounting and finance stakeholders.

• Facilitate user training, create documentation, and troubleshoot issues across financial systems.

• Recognize opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and enhance system workflows.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial systems administration.

• Knowledge of accounting operations and internal control frameworks.

• Expertise in administering systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM, Navan, Sovos, Payment Providers, Uber Business, Planful, NetSuite, Blackline, or comparable ERP/finance tools.

• Skilled in AI-driven development and productivity tools, including Anthropic’s Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, GitHub, and Visual Studio.

• Excellent documentation and training capabilities.

• Capacity to balance daily administrative tasks with long-term projects and enhancements.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in supporting teams across different time zones is advantageous.
