This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the administrator and technical expert for pre-sales systems and top-of-funnel tools, primarily focusing on Chili Piper, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and associated platforms.
• Take ownership of optimizing lead routing, account routing, territory assignment support, and related logic to ensure efficiency, precision, and alignment with GTM operating principles.
• Set up new Salesforce users and manage access across the comprehensive pre-sales and prospecting technology stack.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations on top-of-funnel initiatives, campaign workflows, handoff processes, and related projects.
• Assist in the design and upkeep of end-to-end pre-sales workflows that encompass lead capture, qualification, routing, account assignment, outreach readiness, and pipeline handoff.
• Oversee and enhance data quality, workflow reliability, and operational consistency throughout both inbound and outbound prospecting processes.
• Uphold administration standards, documentation, governance practices, and support protocols for pre-sales systems.
• Resolve routing issues, user setup challenges, and workflow gaps, while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Discover opportunities to leverage automation and AI to boost operational efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and scale top-of-funnel processes.
• Assess and improve integrations between pre-sales systems and the wider GTM technology ecosystem.
• Serve as a reliable day-to-day partner for GTM stakeholders regarding systems support, process enhancement, and operational scalability.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Marketing Operations support, or GTM Systems roles.
• Extensive Salesforce administration experience, encompassing user setup, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and process support.
• Practical experience managing Chili Piper and overseeing lead/account routing logic in a high-growth environment.
• Proven expertise with top-of-funnel tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and similar prospecting or enrichment platforms.
• Solid understanding of pre-sales business processes, including lead management, routing, handoff workflows, account ownership support, and pipeline creation.
• Experience working closely with Marketing Operations on demand generation or funnel-management initiatives.
• Strong skills in project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to identify operational issues and translate business requirements into effective systems improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business results.
• Effective and practical use of AI to address complex operational and systems challenges.
