• Respond to user requests regarding hardware, software, and networking challenges.

• Assist clients in the installation of applications and computer peripherals.

• Deliver technical support via on-site assistance or remote-access solutions.

• Provide IT network and customer services to both internal and external users.

• Guide users through step-by-step instructions to resolve their issues.

• Tailor desktop applications to meet the specific needs of users and clients.

• Recommend software and hardware upgrades where necessary.

• Maintain detailed logs of job tickets and maintenance activities.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the next tier of the support team.

• Ensure that client systems are operating effectively.

• Generate technical reports and user manuals.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in computing technology and research findings.
