GTM Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold essential GTM systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.

• Implement system updates, configurations, and enhancements effectively.

• Diagnose and resolve system-related issues to reduce disruptions.

• Ensure data integrity and governance across GTM systems.

• Create and enhance reports, dashboards, and data exports.

• Work collaboratively with RevOps and analytics teams to generate actionable insights.

• Offer primary user support and address system-related inquiries.

• Develop and provide onboarding and training resources.

• Collect user feedback to enhance system usability and adoption.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to align systems with business objectives and workflows.

• Contribute technical expertise to roadmap planning and suggest improvements.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to foster GTM innovation.

• Enhance system reliability, data quality, reporting, user enablement, strategic decision-making, and GTM scalability.

• Expertise in CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with data analysis tools and reporting software.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convert system data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven problem-solving skills with experience in efficiently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Must reside and work permanently in the U.S.

• Salesforce Administrator certification or a similar credential is preferred.

• An advanced degree or specialized training in systems administration is preferred.

• Experience in supporting SaaS go-to-market organizations is preferred.
