Senior System/Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess business needs for regulatory and compliance initiatives while collaborating with internal business stakeholders in English.

• Align tax computations and fee or commission frameworks with stakeholders and ensure precise calculations are documented in project materials.

• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), use cases, user stories, technical specifications, architectural visions, system integrations, and process diagrams.

• Clarify both technical and business aspects before the commencement of development tasks.

• Identify essential data requirements and reporting needs for project execution.

• Present research insights and PRDs to the development team during Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) sessions.

• Ensure engineering teams have a comprehensive understanding of project context and requirements.

• Provide support for the project throughout its delivery lifecycle.

• Modify and enhance requirements throughout the development phase as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a System Analyst.

• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design.

• Proven experience in analyzing and documenting system integrations and data flows.

• Solid overall grasp of software architecture.

• Ability to comprehend how systems are interconnected and where to locate specific data (system design from scratch is not required).

• Experience in preparing PRDs, use cases, user stories, technical specifications, and process/system diagrams.

• Proficient in UML, BPMN, PlantUML/Miro, and various diagramming tools.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating backlog refinement sessions.
