Senior System Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and design scalable, high-performance back-end software solutions that integrate various systems.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and architectural designs for intricate integrations.

• Assess and suggest tools, technologies, and processes to enhance integration efficiency and software quality, focusing on .NET technologies.

• Ensure that solutions are in line with the overall enterprise architecture and adhere to best practices and standards for system reliability and security.

• Lead the creation of architectural documentation, which includes system diagrams, integration strategies, and design patterns for service-oriented architecture (SOA).

• Collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee the successful execution of architectural designs, especially for SOAP and RESTful APIs.

• Perform architectural reviews and offer feedback to maintain quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in system integration, evaluating their potential effects on the organization and its projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core) and experience with SQL Server for database design.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, for the deployment and management of integrated solutions.

• Strong grasp of service-oriented architecture (SOA), software design patterns, and RESTful API design.

• Familiarity with strategies for database performance tuning and optimization.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development.

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
