This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Deliver technical assistance to internal staff within a globally distributed, remote-first organization;
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, access, VPN, Citrix, and systems;
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access provisioning within Google Workspace and Active Directory;
• Provide support for Windows and macOS devices, including fresh OS installations and device configurations;
• Collaborate with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Intune, Jamf, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, etc.;
• Manage incoming requests through Jira or service desk systems in alignment with SLA expectations;
• Maintain and support corporate IT assets and inventory;
• Engage in IT support for internal corporate events and office locations;
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and exceptional internal customer service;
• Provide high-quality user support with a strong focus on responsiveness, communication, and problem-solving.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate IT as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer;
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration;
• Practical experience with MDM solutions like Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar tools;
• Significant experience in supporting both Windows and macOS environments;
• Capability to independently troubleshoot a diverse range of technical issues;
• Experience with VPNs, Citrix, and remote access tools;
• Familiarity with ITSM/service desk processes and experience using Jira or similar systems;
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach;
• Ability to remain composed and effective in fast-paced, high-priority situations;
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail;
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate (B1) level or higher;
• Willingness to occasionally support office hubs or corporate events as needed.
