Senior Survey Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Primarily accountable for liaising with the Project Manager to grasp project requirements and conducting reviews, processing, and executing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on field survey data.

• Engages in drafting, reviewing deliverables, making revisions, and preparing final products for client submission.

• Assists in ensuring that junior survey technicians remain focused on their tasks.

• Aids the Project Manager in delegating tasks to lower-level survey technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a surveying office setting.

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D for survey-related tasks.

• Familiarity with Trimble software, such as Trimble Business Center.

• Basic knowledge of Land/Civil Survey terminology, including map projections, datums, coordinate systems, bearings, azimuths, etc.

• Previous fieldwork experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
