Senior Survey Programmer, Research Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate online surveys, encompassing survey scripting, management of multiple languages, and reporting.

• Assume complete responsibility for high-complexity programming initiatives from start to finish, utilizing a consultative approach to client configurations and builds.

• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and the Research Team to ensure projects are delivered punctually and meet high-quality standards.

• Oversee several projects concurrently while maintaining strict quality control and adhering to Savanta's 'Right First Time' standard.

• Provide support, mentorship, and training to fellow programmers, disseminating best practices throughout the team.

• Offer technical insights during client meetings, new business discussions, and project budget management.

• Propel the development of new tools and process enhancements within the programming workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Must operate within Eastern Standard Time.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience programming in Alchemer (formerly Survey Gizmo), Confirmit, Decipher, or a comparable survey scripting platform.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.

• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Experience in training or mentoring other programmers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels globally.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-oriented analytical mindset.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic, and expanding business environment.

• Must possess the appropriate qualifications; visa sponsorship is not available.
