Senior Support Engineer, EBS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding remote support for critical EBS applications as part of our global customer support team.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide assistance for various EBS modules for our international clients utilizing both r11i and R12 environments.

• Identify significant issues; then create, test, package, and implement solutions for these challenges within complex, integrated, and highly configured environments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements pertaining to supply chain planning.

• Configure and tailor Oracle ASCP modules to align with business requirements.

• Lead the design and execution of Oracle ASCP solutions, including data migration and integration with other systems.

• Offer support and troubleshooting for Oracle ASCP challenges, including fixing system defects and optimizing performance.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within established scope, budget, and timeline.

• Engage in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience as an Oracle ASCP Functional Consultant or in a comparable role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12, particularly in ASCP modules.

• Strong grasp of supply chain planning principles, including demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.

• Experience in configuring Oracle ASCP, encompassing the setup of planning parameters, data collection, and reporting.

• Preferred understanding of ASCP integration with Global Order Promising, Order Management, and Purchase Order.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently with both business and technical teams.

• Experience with at least one complete end-to-end Oracle ASCP implementation is typically required.
